- If a project has not yet started, a full refund may be possible (minus administrative or processing fees).
- Once a project has started (strategy, content, or setup in progress), partial refunds may be considered at Zooobea’s discretion.
- For monthly or subscription-based services, cancellation requests must be received at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
- Campaigns already launched or active cannot be cancelled or refunded mid-cycle.
3. Refund Policy

- Initial Consultation Fees: Non-refundable, as these cover time spent analyzing and strategizing for your brand.
- Marketing Packages: If you cancel before campaign setup or creative execution begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund (up to 50%) depending on the work done.
- Paid Advertisements (Google, Meta, etc.): Funds already spent on third-party platforms are non-refundable as they are managed through external systems.
- Website Design or Branding Projects: Refunds are not applicable once the design draft or development has started.
4. No Guarantee of Results
All digital marketing campaigns depend on multiple external factors including algorithms, market competition, and ad platform policies. Therefore, Zooobea does not offer refunds based on perceived performance or results such as traffic, conversions, or sales.
5. Service Modifications or Adjustments
If you are dissatisfied with a particular aspect of your project, we encourage you to contact our support team. Zooobea may, at its discretion, offer to revise or modify campaign strategies, content, or design elements instead of providing a refund.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Zooobea violates these Terms and may result in immediate service suspension. Clients are encouraged to resolve concerns directly with our billing or support teams for prompt assistance.
7. Refund Process Timeline
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 business days from the approval date. Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used during purchase unless otherwise arranged.
8. Exceptions to Refunds
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
- Delayed results due to algorithmic changes or market shifts beyond our control.
- Client failure to provide timely feedback, approvals, or required assets.
- Third-party costs, including ad spend or hosting charges.
- Custom projects with unique deliverables or urgent timelines.
9. Subscription & Renewal Refunds
For recurring monthly services such as SEO, content management, or PPC advertising, cancellations must be requested before renewal. Charges made for a renewal cycle are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins, as campaign resources are allocated in advance.
10. Project Pauses or Delays
If a project is delayed due to client inactivity or lack of communication for more than 30 days, Zooobea reserves the right to mark the project as completed. Reactivation may incur additional costs, and refunds will not apply in such cases.
